Submitting a Replacement Request via the Form
After submitting your replacement request, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your request and a unique identification number. Please remember to include this number in all future communications with us.

Review of the Replacement Request by Go On Board Customer Service
We strive to review requests as quickly as possible, but in some cases, it may take up to 14 days. The 14-day period begins once we have received your replacement request and acknowledged its receipt.
If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with information on the next steps. These may include sending a replacement product, issuing a refund, or other relevant actions.
If your request is rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the rejection.

Shipment of the Claimed Items by the Distribution Center
Once your replacement request is approved, we will forward the shipping information to our distribution center. When the shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with an update on the status of your request and a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the delivery in real-time.

Once you’ve received the replacement components, your game is complete and ready to be enjoyed with friends and family.
