All games purchased during Go On Board campaigns come with a 24-month warranty starting from the date of receipt. This warranty covers all components of the games, including boards, dice, and miniatures, as well as any damage incurred during transportation. If you have not received your game or components, you are also eligible to file a claim. Please note that this complaint portal is intended exclusively for customers who purchased their games directly during Go On Board campaigns. If you acquired the game through another seller, you should contact that seller for assistance. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, third-party marketplaces, or through second-hand transactions (including auctions, resale, or private sales) are not eligible to use this portal for warranty claims unless you have Gamefound Order ID associated with the game. To submit a claim, you will need the Gamefound Order ID associated with your purchase. Claims can be submitted through our dedicated complaint portal by filling out the required form. Once we receive your claim, we will process it as quickly as possible. The warranty covers damages to components that are not the result of improper use or normal wear and tear. If your components arrive damaged or defective, we will replace them to ensure you can fully enjoy your game. Depending on the defect or damage reported, we may contact you to request more information or request a return of the defective items.
